A Bill to provide a new charter for the Town of Marion, and to repeal chapter 457 of the Acts of Assembly 1920, approved March 24, 1920, which is entitled an act to amend and re-enact an act entitled an act to extend the limits of, and provide for electing trustees for, the Town of Marion, in the County of Smyth, and vesting them with certain corporate powers, passed March 15, 1849, as heretofore amended.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia as follows:
